Allowing your vulnerable self to be seen! This is where authentic expression is visible to the world.   When we are no longer trying to control the outcomes and no longer trying to prove ourselves to others.   We simply allow ourselves to be real.   We aren’t afraid of how we feel, we aren’t afraid of showing genuine emotions.   And, we are no longer trying to convince others of anything.   This can be a scary proposition for many people.   Letting your guard down, letting the energy of the moment flow through and within you while not attaching to any of it.   Just BEING !   In this space we feel peace.   We don’t care what others think about us.   We allow our emotions to be free.   And yet, opening up to our RAW self, allowing our softer side to be seen and felt by others can be very uncomfortable for many people.   This vulnerability is connected to the feminine energy which is slowly gaining momentum.   As we look...

It is difficult to keep balanced when talking to people about the enormity of revelations coming out in regards to the Epstein information.  On the inside I want to shake them, I want to flood their system with so much information they are unable to look away.  I want them to FEEL upset.  I want them to get mad!  Not in a destructive manner, but in a “I am taking my power back” way.  I guess I am wanting to awaken them so they will find their courage and bravery.  I want them to stand up for themselves!  I want them to understand that we hold the power.  We don’t have to be afraid!  We just have to say NO!  And then, I relax and breath and accept that everyone wakes up in their own timing.   I accept that everyone wakes up when they are ready.   I am reminded that each of us is here to support one another.   We are not here to force them to see the truth.   We are instead here to hold space for them as they awaken t...
