Ascending in Unity

This is a very challenging subject given the level of programming and dumbing down that we have experienced.   Only NOW is real.   The past is gone, the future isn’t here.   The only thing we can control is the now.   We have been led to live a life which states that we grow up, have a family, a career, then we retire to a life of pleasure, and then we die.   This vision is what has caused us to lose sight of the NOW.   We work so that some time in the future we can have fun.   Or, we think if we “just” have this one thing we will be happy.   Or, if I do “this” thing, my partner will love me.   It makes no difference what the future idea is; Whatever example we want to create in regards to leaving our now moment and projecting it into our future moment in order to generate a feeling into the future of a perfect now is pointless.  If you are unable to carry the vibration that you seek in your NOW, the future will always be out of reach!...

The below steps will help you rebalance your energy field.  I do this daily before getting into my car.  There is no right or wrong way to do this, so please use the below list as a guide.  Modify it however you see fit so that it matches your unique vibration. 1.   Set the intention to harmonize all discordant energies 2.   If possible, stand outside and put your feet in the grass (this helps with grounding) 3.   Take several slow deep breaths 4.   Drop the shoulders and relax 5.   Imagine a beautiful white diamond light entering into the crown of your head.   Ask this light to protect you.   Here is an example: ( I call forth the white diamond rainbow plasma light to purify my thoughts and to protect me from any discordant energies which may arise throughout the day.  Remove all of my doubts, and release all of my judgements and limiting beliefs from my mind, body and spirit.  I give thanks to my creator and I am grat...

Lately it has been quite challenging to keep my energy in a harmonious state while observing all of the corruption being exposed.  It is very important that we detach from the barrage of negative news each day.  We must come back to center and remind ourselves why we are here in the first place.  If you are feeling overwhelmed, go outside and spend some time in nature.  Leave your phone at home or in the car and just spend some time listening to the birds sing, or the wind blow or the dogs barking or anything that is natural.  Plant some flowers, or some veggies, gaze up at the sky and dream of a brighter, happy world.  Imagine a world in which all of creation is working together in peace and harmony and abundance.
