Choose Gratitude!

We all have something to be grateful for.  We all have the choice to find something to be grateful for.  Will you?

We have been programmed to find fault within all things and with all people.  We see what we THINK they should change, or what we THINK they should do.  We THINK we know what is best for them.  This is a superiority complex.  The negative MIND!  When we allow others to be who they are, and we maintain who we are, we are able to lift them up by doing nothing magical or extraordinary – we are simply in gratitude for their existence.  We allow them to be themselves, and we honor them for that.  This simple act of kindness reverberates within their soul.  They feel comfortable, they feel safe and they feel loved.  They do not feel less than, they do not feel belittled, they do not fall into victim mode.

Ex. One of my employees fell down the other day.  She has bruises all over her body and struggles walking.  She has “bad” knees and thus moves around very slowly.  She has also been experiencing ascension symptoms of dizziness and vertigo while also caring for her aging mother.  Since her fall, she has been unable to drive to and from work.  So, I have been helping her each day.  This act of kindness in my mind is very small, but to her it is a big deal.  She regularly tells me she is sorry for being a burden.  My response is:  you are not a burden.  You are in need of help, so I am helping you.  In return I am grateful for your dedication to your clients.  I explain to her that she is taking care of her mom, by loving her mom, and I am doing the same for her.

When I explained this to her, she was instantly uplifted.  Her demeanor changed and she felt relief b/c she now accepts that she is NOT a burden.  She also can feel my genuine love for her, and this raises her energy levels and moves her into a state of grace.  This may sound simple, or even trivial.  But how many of us feel this way?  How many of us feel like we are a burden to others when we need help?  I imagine pretty much all of us feel this way.  Do we feel down, do we feel ashamed for needing help?  Sometimes!  But, when the one helping provides encouragement and understanding to the one in need of help, we are able to pass along this humanitarian energy to them…and hopefully they will hold onto it and offer this same help to others whenever they are in need.

How can we each be in service to others?

By allowing others to be themselves.  By allowing others the chance to change their own lives because they see YOU being loving and kind.

When we stay in the observer mode instead of the judging (EGO) mode we are able to maintain our own level of vibration…we stay true to our heart, we stay authentic to ourselves, and we freely give ourselves to whomever is in need without any need for reciprocation or reward.  Our reward is in the knowing that the energy we put out into the world, must be returned to us.  This doesn’t mean that it will come from the one we assisted, it will come in some other form from some other being.  The universe gives us exactly what we give it.  If we are giving love, we will receive love.  If we are giving judgement and criticism, we will receive this same criticism.  You may think this is simple, or you may think it is silly, or you may think this is just plain gibberish.  My comment to this is:  try it!  See what happens when you are nice to everyone.  See what happens when you stop criticizing others.  See what happens when you take sole responsibility for the energy that you share with the world.  You will see that the world responds in the most magical of ways.

New people will show up in your life, or new opportunities will show up.  You will begin to express more gratitude b/c this being “kind” thing actually feels good.  Your compassion for others will burst forth and begin to transform them into more loving beings.  You don’t have to control them, or tell them what to do.  You simply have to show them what love looks like.

What is real love?

I believe real love is the complete and total knowing that we are all the same.  We are all a divine spark of the creator.  In this knowing, we are honored.  We understand that each one of us has certain life lessons that we came here to learn, and with an open heart, we are able to assist others on their journey of self-discovery.  We bring awareness to the lessons of life and instead of seeing everything through the eyes of a victim, we are able to see our challenges through the eyes of the creator.  We created this “Lesson” so we could learn from this experience so that we can ultimately transcend it into wisdom.  The wisdom is the acceptance that life is not about pain and suffering, it is the understanding of “energy out equals energy in”.  We each carry traumas and “issues” from our actions within this lifetime, but also previous lifetimes.  Our goal is to heal ALL of these traumas so we can truly move into Christ consciousness.  Christ consciousness is Love consciousness.  This is the divine nature given to each being within Gods creation!  We are born of and from Love.  Christ consciousness is the returning to THIS love.
