Awakening to your Soul Self
1.
Why is it
so difficult to remain the neutral observer?
a.
Because we want everyone to be happy and know
what WE know!
2.
How do we wake others up to the illusion?
a.
You can’t!
You can only hold space for them and be patient.
3.
How do we merge our authentic self with our soul
self?
a.
Stay in the moment! Release all of your thoughts which hold onto
the past and all of your thoughts which dream about the future.
4.
All of us have traumas to let go of. We have false programs to untangle from. We have lies to uncover and to heal
from. How do we heal these wounds?
a.
We must spend time alone. Yes, you can speak to a guru, a guide, a
spiritual advisor, but at the end of the day, you must make peace with
yourself. You must spend time alone in
order to discover yourself! No one can
do that for you!
5.
Alone time:
When we are alone, we must allow ourselves to contemplate life. To contemplate who we are, where we come
from, where we go when we die, and to really ask ourselves what’s the point of
life.
a.
By allowing yourself to ponder these higher
concepts, you will connect to the higher planes of consciousness. As you tune into yourself more, you will
discover many of your silly little fears, traumas, doubts, shame etc. Don’t judge yourself! Allow
yourself to ponder each memory. Don’t
criticize yourself! This will lower your
vibrations and move you into victim/pity party mode. Instead, look at each situation and ask
yourself why you did it, and then ask yourself what you learned from it. Do not belittle yourself for all of the
“negative” things that you have experienced or done. It is critical for the aspirant to understand
his or her feelings. Why did you do
it? How does it make you feel NOW? Why do you feel this way? Do you wish to feel this way again? What do you need to do to ensure you don’t
have to feel this “trauma” again? Once you accept your truth – you will no
longer need to repeat the lesson, you have now learned its purpose! You have officially found the “Good” which
came from the bad!
b.
Many people on the path to awakening get stuck
here. They struggle forgiving themselves
for having done (or experienced) so many negative things. If they will allow themselves to “observe”
their past and review how negative behaviors and thoughts make them feel, they
will be able to consciously choose to let them go. We oftentimes don’t realize this, but we need
to experience the negative polarity in order to choose the positive
polarity. We can’t understand how to make better choices
without feeling the bad ones. With
persistence, we will release our need to create negative situations, because we
will have re-tuned ourselves into a positive polarity!
6.
Surrender to Source! How do we allow ourselves to let go and trust
in Source?
a.
Courage and faith. We must allow ourselves to go into
meditation, to call forth the white light and then we must be willing to walk
through it. Universal consciousness
exists on the other side of this light.
This is similar to stories you may have heard about near death
experiences. If we truly wish to
re-unite with source, we must let our EGO die.
Our EGO will stand in front of the white light, but it will resist
walking through it. It will do
everything it can to sabotage your reunion with your true divine self. Universal consciousness is divine love in its
purest form.
b.
You must let go of all of your selfish
desires. Your reunion with source is
your reunion with self. Your true self
is free! You need no laws, no rules, no
money or religion, for you are love!
c.
Persistence, persistence, persistence. The EGO does not want to exit the mind. It knows when it does, it’s no longer able to
exist in the 3D plane anymore. So, if you use THC, mushrooms or any other
forms of “medication” you won’t be able to completely find your true self. Your selfish self will hold on and attach to
the “drug”. You may be able to get close
to self-realization, but you won’t be able to actualize it. The drugs have consciousness too! Therefore, we must remove all external
influences/attachments if we are to find our real self.
7.
Whatever you are afraid of is what you are here
to learn.
a.
Ask yourself “What are you afraid of”?
b.
Now ask yourself, “Why are you afraid of
IT”? You must allow yourself to really,
really understand WHY you are afraid of ANYTHING.
c.
Our goal is to understand our fears, so that we
will remove them from our “reactions”.
Example: Someone just yelled at you
for doing something that THEY didn’t like.
How you react to this accusation will help you understand where you
still have trauma to heal. If you react
aggressively and get defensive, somewhere deep inside of you is the belief that
their judgement/criticism is true. You
must understand this if you are to release this.
d.
When we can stand strong and NOT react to other
people projecting their issues onto us, we have healed our inner child.
