for detoxing the body and mind.
Below are a
few ideas which may help you “cleanse” your body and mind. As I have done this myself, I can say without
a doubt, you will feel better if you follow these basic guidelines.
A quick
note: Have you noticed that many people
are “overweight”? This is NOT a
judgement, this is an observation. Have
you ever thought “why”? What if this has been done on purpose? What if they poison our foods/water/hygiene
products to make us sick? What if this
is done so we will go to the doctor for their “drugs”? What if the pills they prescribe make us
sicker? Have you noticed how many people
have chronic illnesses? Why can’t they
cure what ails us?
What
incentive do our doctors have for curing us?
They only get paid if we are sick!!!!
As you begin
to take responsibility for what you put into your body you will find it very dis-heartening
to discover most of the products we use are not beneficial, and in many cases
they are the cause of our ailments.
Relax! Gradually remove all
“synthetic” products and replace them with all Natural.
Beauty/Hygiene
Products
1. Read the labels and warnings on ALL “beauty”
products (deodorant, shampoo, conditioners, lotions, toothpaste, make-up,
sunscreen etc.)
a. Anything with aluminum or heavy
metals needs to be removed from your body.
Symptoms of heavy metal toxicity:
brain fog/dizziness, fatigue, digestion issues, migraines, nausea, etc.
b. Research Fluoride. It is a Neurotoxin!!! Numerous states have
recently introduced bills to remove this from our water supply. But what about toothpaste??? Funny how the label says to contact poison
control if you swallow it!!!
2. A small list of toxic chemicals:
- Polysorbate,
Laureth, Ethoxylated Alcohol=all of these can cause various types of
cancer
- Propolene
Glycol=damages the kidneys, the liver, and causes skin irritation
- Sodium
Laurel Sulfate=another cause of all types of cancers
- Parabens
(for example, Methylparaben, Propaparaben) = disrupt endocrine glands,
upsets hormonal balance, causes reproductive cancers in both men and
women
- PABA
(Oxy-dimethyl and “Padimate O”) = causes genetic mutations by attacking
DNA
- Benzoic
= causes anemia, causes a low blood cell count, causes liver and kidney
damage, causes birth defects)
- Acrylamide
= causes breast cancer
- Mineral
Oil, Parafin, Petrolatum = all of these clog the pores by coating the
skin and cause toxins to be trapped in the cells, disrupt normal hormone
function, can cause cancer
- DHEA
= causes insomnia, fatigue, abdominal pain, hair loss, irregular
heartbeat, heart palpitations, nasal congestion, liver damage, and can
cause psychotic disorders

and Water & Air
3. What foods are you putting in your
body? Most of our mass produced packaged
foods have chemicals and micro-plastics in them which harm the body. Additionally, many meat packaging plants
vaccinate/inject their animals with “unhealthy” chemicals and/or feed them
grains. Many foods also use insects as
additives and colorings (cochineal) The
human Gut Biome was NOT designed to breakdown these insects. And WHY would we want to eat insects anyway,
yuck???
a. Most restaurants do not serve organic
foods. That means, most of the food has
pesticides, herbicides and preservatives.
b. Strive to eat only organic foods. If
those aren’t available, choose NON-GMO.
Our digestive system cannot breakdown bio-engineered food products.
c. I have found studies which state that

I believe
this is what has created the “Gluten” intolerance. It isn’t a natural result of evolution that
many people are gluten intolerant, it is because they changed the biology of
the wheat. Our bodies were designed to
eat natural wheat, but by “engineering” a new seed, our digestive system can’t
break it down.
d. Tap water is “dead” water. Never drink it! It is filled with chemicals, discarded medicines, heavy metals and everything else that we put down the drain. I personally won’t even cook with it! Counties do NOT test for heavy metals! Also, Atrazine is in the water – this causes hormonal disruptions and "may" cause men to "act" more feminine!

Chemtrails
are real! Our skies are being sprayed
with Aluminum, Strontium, Barium, graphene oxide and numerous other harmful
substances! These chemicals contaminate
our skin/body, our food supply, and our water supply.
g. Some foods (especially meats and
sushi) have lots of parasitic “worms” living in them.

4. Read all labels. Side effects are real! Do you really want them to happen to
you?
a. Pharmakeia literally means “sorcery or
witchcraft”!
b. If a doctor prescribed the vaccine,
how can you ever trust them with your health?
c. ALL vaccines cause harm! This includes your pets! Think about this, why are ONLY people and
domesticated animals the ones who get sick?
Why don’t the deer, the wolves, the bears and squirrels get sick?
d. How did we let them convince us that
if we poison ourselves we will feel better?
e. Most of our ailments come from two
things: Parasites or Fungus. Why aren’t we told about this? The funny thing is, they do “kind of” tell
us. Do you recall anyone ever saying to
you that you have the “Flu bug”? Did you
know that the body’s natural defense mechanism to remove toxins is by creating
mucous? The mucous helps to carry these
parasites out of the body. Doctors
prescribe “anti-biotics” which we are told is to kill the bacteria…they just
failed to tell us that the bacteria is really a parasitic infestation. When we kill the parasites we feel better!
f. Here are some all natural ways to remove parasites - wormwood, clove oil, black walnut green hull, Diatomaceous earth, Paw paw, Papaya seeds, Coconut oil, Olive oil, Colloidal Silver, Iodine, Raw Coconut, Pineapple, Ginger and Galangal, chili’s, many types of leaves. Worms don’t like oil. They don’t like acid or spice. They also don’t like bitter herbs. Worms love to hide in excess undigested food and the residual tar in the gi tract. Bread, meat and cheese and sweets combine to make the perfect medium for parasites to thrive on. Common sources of infection by parasites include food like lettuce, undercooked meat, raw fish, tap water, mosquitos, fleas, tics and other bugs, wet grass on bare feet, and even breathing in microscopic eggs. These guys also migrate through the body. Symptoms of a heavy parasite infection may include rashes, allergies, chronic fatigue, hair loss, anemia, dizzy-ness, headaches, swelling, chronic pain, etc.

Breath
5. Improper breathing is better termed
as “stressed” breathing. When we are
stressed, we tend to take shorter, faster breaths. These short breaths carry less oxygen through
the body, which in turn can cause damage to our organs and nervous systems.
a. As often as possible throughout the
day, take 3 or more deep breaths. You
will instantly feel your stress levels go down and your mind clarity will
return.
b. As you begin to consciously focus
your breathing, try doing it for 1 minute, then 2, then 5, then 15, and so on.
c. This will eventually turn in to
meditation. You will visualize your
breath, and then you will transform your stress into calm…simply by breathing!
d. FYI:
one of the leading causes of cancer is oxidative stress. AKA a lack of air. Wearing masks is very detrimental to your
health!
Sun
& Sky Gazing and Nature
6. As often as possible (preferably
daily) stand in the sunshine. Close your
eyes, face the sun and “feel” the warmth on your skin. Express gratitude for the sun. Without it, we can’t survive!
a. The sun provides natural immune and
life support to ALL living beings.
b. At night, sit outside under the stars
and allow your mind to unwind. Watch the
stars, the moon, the airplanes and delight in the wonder of what is out there!
c. Spend time in nature every day. Ideally we can walk in nature for at least an
hour a day. But, if that’s not possible,
just sit outside, take time to listen to the sounds - observing nature will help calm your
nervous system and heal your soul.
Nature is in perfect balance and harmony.
d. Take your shoes off and walk in the
grass. We instantly feel better when we
are grounded to the Earth.
Negativity
7. Now it’s time to focus on your
emotions. Where do they come from? Are they real? What are you afraid of? Why are you afraid? What if the majority of our “issues” come
from someone else? What if they are just
“thoughts” being broadcast to us with the intention of keeping us afraid?
a. What TV shows do you watch? Do you feel “happy” after watching them? Or, do they make you afraid? Maybe they make you feel angry or sad?
b. If something makes you feel “down”,
why do you watch it? Why do you listen
to it! You can choose to change the
channel! You can choose NOT to listen!
c. The same holds true to the people,
places and things in our life. We can
choose to let go of ALL aspects which bring us down.
d. Test it for yourself! Remove (1) negative thing/song/show/person,
etc. from your life and see how you feel.
e. Now, after you remove a negative
“thing” replace it with a positive one.
Start off easy: smile at a
stranger, or maybe just hold the door open for someone. How do they respond? Did they smile back? It feels good when they do! You will soon want to do more kind things. You will want to see them smile again!
f.
Think
about your job. Does your job represent
YOU? Do you like your job? Are you treated with respect? Do you have to lower your integrity in order
to please your boss? Do you have to lie
in order to sell a product or service?
If our job causes us to be someone other than who we are, why do we do
it? Would you sell someone poison, just
to earn a paycheck?
g. Do you drink alcohol? How does it make you feel? Does it make you do things or say things
which you otherwise would never do? Are
you in control when you are drinking, or is the alcohol in control? In etymology, Alcohol translates into
Al-kuhl, which means “Body eating spirit!
(don’t let the “fact checkers” mislead you. They don’t call alcohol “spirits” for
nothing!)
